Sign in, switch workspaces, and manage your account

One account can belong to multiple workspaces. Conversations, customers, AI configuration, and permissions are isolated by workspace.

Steps

Sign in

Enter your email and password, or use another sign-in method enabled by your administrator.

Confirm the workspace

Check the workspace name in your profile menu. If you belong to more than one, switch from the same menu.

Confirm access

Your role can differ by workspace. If a menu is missing, verify the workspace before asking an administrator to review permissions.

Open Account center

Open Account center from the avatar menu. You can update your name, avatar, password, appearance, language, and notification sound there. Personal quick replies and your current permissions are also shown there.

What Account center includes

The Workspace tab is available only to workspace owners and changes the workspace display name. The workspace identifier cannot be changed there.

My quick replies affect only your account. Shared reply templates remain in Settings. The Permissions tab shows your current role and permissions; you cannot grant yourself additional access.

The correct workspace is shown and the navigation matches your role.
