Review billing and usage
Review plan state, AI availability, and workspace resource limits.

Plans can affect AI, people, channels, custom domains, storage, and other capabilities. Use the current Billing page rather than an old contract or screenshot.
Steps
Open Billing
Go to Settings → Billing. Administrator access is required.
Check status
Confirm whether the plan is trialing, active, overdue, or disabled and note the renewal date.
Review limits
Check current AI tokens, people, channels, domains, storage, and other usage.
Resolve a blocked feature
Confirm that the plan is the cause before upgrading, reducing usage, or contacting platform support.
