Connect a custom domain to a web channel
Enable a branded visitor subdomain and HTTPS with a single CNAME record.

A web channel can have one custom subdomain at a time. Root domains and wildcard domains are not supported.
Steps
Save the hostname
Enter the complete subdomain in the web channel domain settings.
Add the CNAME
Create the single CNAME shown by NavoChat. Do not add an A record or change the target.
Wait for automatic checks
The channel progresses through waiting for CNAME, issuing HTTPS, checking the visitor entry, and active.
Resolve an issue
If activation does not progress after DNS propagation, verify the record and choose Check now.
Verify access
Open the custom domain, confirm that it reaches the correct channel, and test messages in both directions.
