Visitor settings should help customers explain their request quickly, not create a long form before support starts.
Steps
Configure entry
Set the page title, launcher text, theme, position, and default open state.
Set branding and language
Upload a channel brand logo and choose the visitor interface language. If no logo is uploaded, the system default logo is used.
Design the welcome card
Use a concise welcome message and a small set of quick choices that help customers state their goal. Common services and quick questions can appear in both the Widget and Portal.
Configure Portal
If Portal is enabled, configure its service sidebar, service announcement, website URL, and privacy policy URL so visitors can understand the service and find the relevant links.
Configure pre-chat fields
Keep only fields that support actually needs and clearly identify required items.
Control media and satisfaction
Allow attachment types according to policy and configure an appropriate survey invitation and thank-you message.
Use the live preview
Check desktop and mobile widths, then test from the real page.
